The Hotel Industry has contributed much to this success. The tourism has become one of the main pillars of Goa’s economy, a real engine for the economic growth of the country, offering employment directly and indirectly to around 25% of the gainful employed population.

The Institute is now looked upon by the Hotel industry as a nursery for dedicated, skilled and highly qualified young people who can adapt very quickly to the business environment and eventually assume position of responsibility.

This Institute is a private establishment registered with Govt. of Goa under Registration Act, Central Act No. 21 of 1860 No. 45/GOA/2001. The institute has its own governing body of highly educated experienced and intellectual people which run the institute on professional basis.
