This is one year full time program. The academic year is divided into two semesters. The first semester will be of theory which is of Twenty weeks duration, and the second semester will be of 24 weeks. During this second semester all the students has the practical opportunity of an all-round training in Hotel Administration and opens the gate to supervisory level position in the hospitality industry. The practical semester emphasis is on Food and Beverage elements of the course. Food and Beverage theory and practice are combined with other related subjects. Following the Food and Beverage course, the institutes arranges work experience & training in reputed star hotels. During the second semester emphasis is on the Room Division with reception, housekeeping and related subjects.
Upon successful completion of second semester there will be final exam and all the successful students are awarded The "HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT DIPLOMA".
