| Training and Placement Prospects |
At present time employment rate of our students is about 100%.ann IHMCT diploma holders fill entry positions such as Management Trainee, Night Auditor, Receptionist, Restaurant Supervisor, Banquet Supervisor, Sales Coordinator and Duty Manager. Graduates can expect a rapid rise through the management structure of the international hospitality industry. |
The Department of Tourism of India estimate that every year 2.5 lakhs jobs are created in the tourism and allied sector alone. And the fast food industry is catching up quickly. Many international fast food chain have elaborate plans to open up in India. Even a single chain could mean a 100 new restaurants. The opportunities are really endless :- Airline catering, outdoor catering, teaching, consultancy services, entrepreneurship, etc. Trained professionals are going to be the need of the hour when an opportunity strikes, and when that happens, "Wouldn't you like to have a diploma in your hand?" |
Currently the employment opportunities in the industry are extremely good and prospects are very rewarding. Leading Hotels, Restaurants, Catering Companies etc. in the country conduct campus interviews every year and many bright students have several offers to chose from. |
ann IHMCT PLACEMENT |
A Training and Placement Officer will maintain liaison with the Hotel industry for placement of all the students who successfully complete this Program / Diploma Course. Annual survey will be carried out to ascertain the number of specialization required for employment in the Hotel Industry. On job training will be provided to all students. A data bank of every student will be created to ensure that all students are successfully placed in the hotels of repute. |
